OVERALL PERSONALITY
One of Vincent’s major flaws is his temper. Normally, he will let small things go and just let them roll of his back, but when it’s something major, he can become rather destructive. Also, he can be extremely impatient at certain points, especially in the mornings, before he’s had his coffee and he’s really tired…or any time around the full moon, of course. Another major flaw in Vincent’s personality is his complete inability to lie. He gets extremely outwardly nervous and makes it very obvious that he is lying. Along with the physical things that give away that he’s lying, he also comes up with absolutely outrageous lies because he panics and doesn’t think things through.
Vincent will often fall into a very negative mindset. He knows that his life isn’t the worst that it could be, but he often can’t help but think about how things used to be with his family. His past is definitely a sore spot with him and he really doesn’t like talking about it. Vincent will especially get upset when someone brings up his lycanthropy (which he’s very sensitive about), his father (who he now hates), or his brother (who he is very protective of, despite him being younger).
However, Vincent is not serious all the time. Ever since he was small, he had a habit of playing tricks and pranks on people. He never did anything that would be too dangerous or destructive, depending on who he played the prank on, of course.

Background ★ Info,
History,
When Vincent was 12 years old and Joseph was 15 years old, Charles started acting a bit oddly and no one knew why. Or at least, no one shared this information with the boys. He started sleeping all day and only waking up at night. His temper, which was already very, very hot, only became worse. A few weeks after this change came into effect, Anna found out Charles had been cheating on her with a mystery woman, or so she thought. Soon after, the once loving couple divorced. This was quite a blow for young Vincent because he was only 13 years old when the divorce was final. The one thing that kept Vincent from completely breaking down was the fact that he had his big brother.
A year later, Charles disappeared from the town and no one knew where he had gone. This made the separation all that much harder on everyone, but mostly Vincent because he was so young and loved his father so much. However, with the help of the rest of his family, he was able to keep up a positive attitude about things.
The summer before Vincent’s eighth grade year, Charles came back to town, unaware to anyone. He tracked Vincent down, in downtown Augusta, where he was doing a performance at a local café. Vincent was cornered by his father, who told him just what had happened to him. Charles had been attacked by a vampire and was now one himself. He tried to persuade Vincent that he was his favorite son and that he wanted to share the vampirism with him. Despite Charles’s strong grip on Vincent, he was able to slip loose of his father firm grasp and escape.
At the beginning of the summer after Vincent’s sophomore year of high school, he got cornered by yet another creature, but this one was a werewolf. Vincent had been receiving letters from not only his father, but from other vampires and werewolves of a small group of vampires and werewolves of questionable morals. They seemed to think that he was ‘quality material’ to become one of them. He was sure that his father had told them something that most likely wasn’t true. However, this particular werewolf seemed to think that he would be the perfect werewolf, so he made it happen.
Vincent delayed in telling anyone what had happened to him or what had happened to his father for a very long time because to be honest, he just couldn’t believe what had happened. Vampires and werewolves? Only a few years ago, these creatures had been complete fiction him, they only real in horror films and books. A few years of knowing his father’s secret and only a few months of keeping his own was finally taking its toll on Vincent. So, he finally revealed these secrets to his brother, Joseph, who understandably didn’t believe him, at first. However, Joseph found Vincent just after he had transformed back into a human on the night of the full moon and had no choice but to believe his younger brother. He was soon discovered by another werewolf named Jacob Roberts who was what Vincent soon found out was a member of a group called the Lupine Brotherhood. It was not the kindest of meetings, unfortunately. Towards the end of this junior year of high school, he was walking home one day and found himself cornered by two men who appeared to be at least a few years older than him. They were very short of their explanation of who they were, but they gave him an address of where to come if he wanted help. Well, with Vincent’s past with circumstances such as this, you couldn’t really blame him for not following through with this address. However, the day after the next full moon, the two men showed themselves to him once again. For some reason, this full moon was particularly bad and he had difficulty staying awake. When he awoke for the last time that day, he wasn’t in his normal area, but in some sort of building. He was lying on a table with several men surrounding it, including the two men that he had run into earlier. They went on to assist in healing his wounds from the night before and explain that their group was there to help him accept himself and get used to how things were going to be.
Vincent gradually learned to trust the Brotherhood and with their help he was able to graduate from high school with straight A’s and a fairly impressive GPA. He went on to be accepted to and attend a local college. The experience wasn’t too enjoyable for Vincent because he threw himself into his studies to ensure that he would continue getting good grades. He really kept to himself, especially since no one from the Brotherhood attended the school that he went to, and as of then, he was the youngest of the group. When Vincent was 20, he had a run-in with a man who he thought was around his age. He soon found out the man’s name was Araziel Vasilica. They met in a Starbucks that was close to Vincent’s school. They soon realized that not only did they both share a love for coffee, but they both were at their wits end with this particular establishment’s employees. So…they did something about it. Following Araziel’s lead, he and Vincent took over the coffee shop and since Araziel was an expert at this, they were able to get the drinks fixed almost four times as fast. After a fast getaway from the police, it was obvious that these two would become great friends.
A few years later, a diploma was in Vincent’s hands. But now what? He had always wanted to go into music, but his counselor at school persuaded him to go into a more stable career: medicine.
