The time is near future, and the 'earth' has become very different from the one we are used to. Technologically has progressed at a more rapid rate while in many ways remaining like our present. In this world, many fandoms are crossed but more fused into one big Multiverse. Supernatural is and non humans are common and have been known to humanity since early times. Demons from Inuyasha have adjusted to present times while the Youkai Academy from Rosario Vampire is present helping in the backgrounds.
Sayains aren't extinct but scattered to another planet making a more positive change under another leader--the Elemental Countries of the mighty Shinobi villages becoming more of a power on the world stage as they become more united. Beings from different Multiverses entirely sometimes find their way here in a variety of ways for good or ill. Characters make or break their own story, either following the main ones or going their own path and leaving a mark. What will your story be?
