On the other side of our world lies a new world. A world that,
perhaps, as humans, we have little hope of ever truly understanding.
So they say the world was shaped by the Dragon Gods, and those gods
appointed only one to rule the entire dimension, and ensure the
races never strayed from their virtues.
The last great Demon Sovereign, Trieste Haranel, was betrayed
and murdered by her own highest ranked Warlord. Abaddon took her
throne for himself, and began a new era of fear and paranoia.
Abaddon trusts no one, is kind to no one, and apologizes for
nothing. Almost immediately after his ascension to the Seat of
Jezebeth the Great arose a resistance, a collective of mages
fiercely against his rule known as the Silver Cities. But they
are too eager to remove him, toy with magic far beyond their own
understanding, and with each day that passes, they reap our end.
Lux Aeterna is an original fantasy, set in a nine layered world
called Yanan, inspired by the nine Hindu Hells. While we feature
several races that would be considered high fantasy staples, each
has its own origins and traits, and the world always offers
something new. Members are able to and encouraged to take the
main plot any direction they choose, and are free to do anything
else outside of it.
Lux Aeterna is proudly a part of the Colours Role-Play Collection, a
series of various fully featured play by post role-plays for members to
take part in.
