A fortunate find on behalf of its residents, Rosethorn Hall is the home of the dysfunctional and mostly-vampire family, the Chevalerie of the Hollowed Nocturne, or simply, the Chevalerie. Populated with an extensive staff and open to close friends, the elegant manse is nearly as ancient as those who reside within it, reminiscent of the Rococo era and a fusion of Baroque and Neo-Classical from both original and restorative work and reproduction. Of note are the extensive gardens and grounds which are but a shade of the extravagance the Chevalerie's older generation once knew.

The house is always active at any hour of the day, with staff, visitors, and family members coming and going at will. Their pace may sometimes seem overwhelming, but one quickly becomes used to it after a visit or three.
