Sweet Berry ParfaitLocated in busy downtown St. Calais, Sweet Berry Parfait is a favored hangout for many, many reasons! The bright, cheery atmosphere, a combination of cuteness and elegance, attracts many with its cozy coffee shop feel. And once one is lured inside, no doubt they'll be inclined to stay by the offerings of fresh-baked goods, French cafe treats, and all manner of drinks from the espresso bar to the bubble tea. |

Riverside MallThis sprawling two-story mall houses the usual: shops, the food court, some more upscale restaurants, and of course ... shoppers. Still, with boutiques and kiosks galore, it's a good place to window shop at least. And as a popular hangout, one's bound to run into a friend here! |

Downtown StreetsWhether by foot, bicycle, motor scooter, car ... there has to be some way to get from point A to point B! No worries, though; the downtown streets in particular are nicely maintained, with paved roads and cobblestone sidewalks. If nothing else, it makes for a nice leisurely walk, and the bustling downtown atmosphere only lends to the ambiance! |

The O.P.M. LoungeThe O.P.M. Lounge (no pun intended) is the place to loiter for those who prefer a ... classier environment than that of places like the Sapphire. Outfitted with a well-stocked bar and plenty of sofas and tables for all of your lurking needs, the O.P.M. Lounge does adhere to a slightly more formal dress code. It's also rumored to be the place to meet up with the right people if one needs tasks of a certain ... nature ... to be completed. |

Calais' Public LibrarySaint Calais' library possesses an extensive collection of reading material, from academic to leisurely. It is a fairly new building and has only recently completed its move from its former run-down location. There are plenty of places to read or study, and the staff is friendly and ready to assist. It's rumored, however, that certain restricted records are hidden away somewhere here ... |

Cathedral of Saint PaulThough not as large and as opulent as its European counterparts, Calais' cathedral of Saint Paul is no less beautiful and reverent in its traditional Gothic design and architecture. Aside from having its own private primary and secondary school, the church offers the usual services: daily and Sunday mass; charities and food cabinets; and matrimony, funeral, and confessional services. Adjacent to the church is a beautifully maintained graveyard that sprawls over some three city blocks. Sub-board: Saint Paul's Graveyard |

D'Artagnan High School - 1 ViewingEh, high school. Remember those days? Well, someone has to teach the up and coming generation of Saint Calais something useful. University of Saint CalaisFounded by the Duc du Calais himself, the university's standing history is apparent in the federal style of its architecture. Offering a well rounded education to anyone who qualifies (and can afford it), the university houses students both local and foreign! Even better, its proximity to downtown is a convenience for students and local businesses alike. |

The PiersThe many ports and piers of Saint Calais are typically for business, though the boardwalk does pass by here on the way to the marina. All nature of cargo ships and barges can be found docked here, loading and unloading their goods. Most of the piers aren't ideal for 'just hanging out' since the shipyard workers tend to be surly folk; one cannot really blame them though, since the dock warehouses are areas of frequent illegal activity. Marina - 1 ViewingDue to its coastal location, many of Saint Calais' residents own their own boats, whether for leisure or commercial purposes. This is where they keep them! On top of that, both a popular bike trail and a grassy expanse of field run along the marina, and sometimes local artists come sit out here to paint the people and landscapes. |

Jardin de LafayetteThe local park starts just at the edge of downtown and extends westward to the edge of the Bethel Forest. Its twisting dirt trails make for an afternoon spent on a walk or even on horseback, and the shady groves are perfect for picnics! Sometimes it's nice to just sit at a path-side bench and people watch, too. |

Bethel ForestThis expansive forest stretches from part of the coast and continues further inland. It houses its own national park and is a great spot for campers, but much of it still remains infrequently explored. It is rumored that one of the remote glades of the forest is a common meeting place for lycanthropes seeking friendship with others of their kind. |

Vineyards & FarmlandMuch of the land at the outskirts of Saint Calais are devoted to various vineyards and their wineries, and orchards and farms. Out here the roads are less networked and some of them are unpaved, snaking across the vast countryside. Still, it's a beautiful scenic escape from the city, and it makes a great Sunday drive if nothing else. Sub-boards: Oakhouse Winery, La Rochelle Orchard |

Outlying ResidencesThe more reclusive folk would probably prefer homes located out in the 'countryside.' Many of the residents include the wealthier vintners so that they may be in close proximity to their vineyards and wineries, but otherwise neighbors are few and far in between. It's definitely not cheap nor practical to live out here especially if the city's your thing, but hey, some like their space. Sub-board: Rosethorn Hall |
